Delfi Program Discusses Self-Improvement in Leisure, Stretching, and Arts Festival

Leisure time is increasingly becoming a period for personal growth and development, with more individuals choosing to invest in themselves by acquiring new knowledge, strengthening competencies, and exploring new opportunities. This evolving trend in how people spend their weekends was a key topic on a recent Delfi program.
