Delivery Driver Films Woman Accused of Stealing Cell Phone After Dispute Over Location

A delivery worker's routine job in Coacalco, State of Mexico, turned into an unexpected confrontation when a woman allegedly accused him of being at the wrong address and then attempted to seize his delivery package.

The incident, recorded by a portable camera on the worker's helmet, has garnered over 10 million views on social media. The video shows the worker waiting on his motorcycle when an older woman approaches, shouting insults and demanding her order.

"Do you understand? I told you black gate, next to the tortilla shop, do you speak Spanish?" the woman aggressively questioned, apparently upset that the worker was not at the precise location she indicated. When the worker explained he did not have her package, the situation escalated. The woman then allegedly grabbed the worker's cell phone and retreated into her home.

In a second video, the worker is seen explaining to another customer that he could not complete the delivery because his phone, needed for the registration process, had been taken. Social media users have already nicknamed the woman "Lady Paquete" (Lady Package). The worker has reportedly sought police assistance to recover his device.
