Details revealed for Al Jabal Al Akhdar Festival 2026

The A'Dakhiliyah Governorate has unveiled the details for the Al Jabal Al Akhdar Festival 2026, a 45-day event scheduled from July 15 to August 29. The festival is designed to solidify Al Jabal Al Akhdar's status as a premier summer tourist destination and stimulate socioeconomic growth.

This year's festival coincides with the launch of several new tourism and development projects, including the Al Jabal Al Akhdar Park. These initiatives aim to enrich the visitor experience and improve the area's readiness to host tourists. A preparatory meeting involving governmental and private entities, along with strategic partners, reviewed organizational and operational plans to ensure high standards.

The festival offers a comprehensive experience targeting all age groups, featuring interactive zones for entertainment, culture, shopping, and community activities. Key areas include the Family Oasis, Youth Square, Games Area, Kids' World, Cinema Dome, Mountain Bazaar, and Taste Passion Zone. The main stage will host daily theatrical, entertainment, and interactive shows for families and children.

Several new attractions are being introduced, such as major interactive inflatable games, the Neon Oasis, and a 3D holographic display. The Youth Square will feature modern digital and entertainment activities, including virtual reality games and interactive challenges, enhancing the diversity of experiences offered during the prominent tourism season.
