Dinamo and Hajduk Secure Millions in European Competition Earnings

Dinamo Zagreb and Hajduk Split have turned European qualification into a major financial gain for Croatian football. Dinamo will enter the Europa League league phase, while Hajduk will play in the Conference League.

According to calculations by Football Meets Data, Dinamo has already secured at least 14.9 million euros. Hajduk has guaranteed at least 5.2 million euros. The figures include the initial league-phase payment, qualifying bonuses and UEFA’s value allocation, which reflects the television market and each club’s European coefficient.

Dinamo will play eight league-phase matches in the Europa League. Each victory is worth 450,000 euros, while a draw brings 150,000 euros. UEFA also rewards the final standings: clubs finishing in the top eight receive another 600,000 euros, and those placed ninth through 16th receive 300,000 euros.

The knockout-stage payments rise sharply. Reaching the round of 16 brings 1.75 million euros, followed by 2.5 million for the quarterfinals, 4.2 million for the semifinals and seven million for the final.

Hajduk’s six Conference League league-phase matches carry lower payments. A victory earns 400,000 euros and a draw 133,000 euros. The top eight receive another 400,000 euros, while teams finishing ninth through 16th receive 200,000 euros.
