Dinamo Zagreb reveals new third kit inspired by city's Šestine umbrella

Dinamo Zagreb has generated significant excitement among its fanbase by revealing its new third kit for the upcoming 2026/27 season. The club shared the first glimpse of the striking black jersey, which features a distinctive red collar and gold accents, on its social media channels.

The design draws inspiration from Zagreb's cultural heritage, specifically incorporating elements of the traditional Šestine umbrella, a recognizable symbol of the city. This motif is subtly integrated into the jersey's design, particularly on the sleeve. The choice of colors also pays homage to the club's origins, with red and yellow-gold referencing the "Purger" club's initial colors from 1911.

This new third kit will accompany a fourth kit, specially designed for the opening of the stadium at Kranjčevićeva. Both kits share the black base with a golden crest. The club emphasized that the design process aimed to strongly connect with the city's identity and the club's century-old values.

The new third kit is immediately available for purchase on the club's webshop and will be in all official Dinamo fan shops starting the following day. The unveiling comes just before Dinamo's departure for Switzerland to face Thun in the second qualifying round of the Champions League, marking the start of their new season.

When creating the new set, we were guided by the desire for the design to be firmly linked to our city's identity, as well as the values we have cherished for over a century. Along with the beloved and recognizable motif of the Šestine umbrella on the sleeve, the jersey also features red and yellow-gold colors - a reminder of the "Purger" club's first colors from way back in 1911.
