Dinosaur-costumed man arrested for robbery in Mexico City

Police in Mexico City arrested a 28-year-old man wearing a dinosaur pajama costume for allegedly robbing a woman. The incident occurred at the intersection of Magnolia and 19 de Febrero in the Tlacoyaque neighborhood. The victim flagged down officers on patrol, reporting that the man, notable for his peculiar attire, had threatened her with a sharp object to steal her belongings.

Responding officers quickly launched a search and located the suspect nearby. During a search, police found a knife, a cell phone, and cash, which are believed to be connected to the robbery. The victim positively identified the man as her assailant.

The dinosaur costume, while unusual, proved instrumental in the suspect's identification. The arrested man was informed of his legal rights and, along with the confiscated items, was handed over to the public prosecutor's office, which will determine his legal status and potential charges.
