DK Asia Ranks First in June Developer Brand Reputation Survey, Followed by BS Industry and Shinyoung

DK Asia has secured the top position in the June developer brand reputation survey, according to the Korea Corporate Reputation Research Institute. The company's strong performance reflects its growing influence and positive public perception within the real estate development sector.

The institute's comprehensive analysis involved examining over 7.7 million pieces of big data related to 17 developer brands. This data, collected between May 24 and June 24, was assessed across five key categories: participation, media, communication, community, and social contribution. DK Asia's brand reputation index saw a notable increase of 27.69% compared to the previous month, reaching 1,398,539.

DK Asia particularly excelled in the communication, community, and social contribution segments, achieving the highest scores among all surveyed brands in these areas. This suggests a strong engagement with consumers and a positive corporate image. Following DK Asia, BS Industry secured the second spot with a brand reputation index of 901,272, marking a 7.74% increase from the prior month. Shinyoung ranked third, despite an 11.19% decrease in its index, recording 676,911.

The survey also listed other prominent developers, including Gyeryong Construction, Daebang Construction, Hoban Construction, and Woori E&C, among others. DK Asia's recent activities include converting 383 rental units of its 'Shin Geumdan Royal Park City II' in Incheon's Seo-gu district into saleable inventory. These units, available in 74㎡ and 84㎡ sizes, will be offered through a post-construction sale method, with Daewoo Engineering & Construction serving as the contractor. Subscription for these units is scheduled for June 25, with winners announced on June 26.
