Don't miss out! Walsin, Chang Xing IPOs start tomorrow with up to 47.6% potential return

Two prominent Taiwanese companies, HDI manufacturer Walsin (2313) and established chemical firm Chang Xing (1717), are set to launch public offerings next week, presenting an investment opportunity for potential shareholders.

The public subscription period for both companies will run from July 13 to July 15. Walsin is offering 3,570 shares at a subscription price of NT$205 per share. Based on its closing price of NT$223 on July 9, investors who successfully acquire one lot could see a potential profit of approximately NT$18,000, translating to an 8.8% return.

Chang Xing, meanwhile, is offering 1,020 shares at NT$50 per share. With its closing price at NT$73.8 on July 9, a successful bid could yield a profit of around NT$23,800, boasting a significant return rate of 47.6%.

Investors eager to participate will be able to check the lottery results on the morning of July 17. Those who are unsuccessful in securing shares will receive a refund by noon on July 20. Successful applicants are expected to have their shares credited to their securities accounts by 8:30 AM on July 27.
