Dong-A Ilbo supports young people exploring media careers through D-Bridge program

For young people afraid to start over, the D-Bridge Media Career Build-Up program offered a structured way into the media industry. Dong-A Ilbo said it ran the first and second cohorts with the Korea Management Association as part of the 2026 Future Tomorrow Work Experience Support Project.

The government-backed project, hosted and organized by the Ministry of Employment and Labor and the Korea Chamber of Commerce and Industry, aims to give young people practical work experience. D-Bridge focused on participants preparing for a new challenge and paired career training with support intended to help them regain confidence.

The course included sessions for opening up and emotional recovery, as well as hands-on content production with industry experts. Participants experienced practical work in the media field alongside professionals from Dong-A Media Group.

The program aimed to help young people explore realistic career paths, strengthen their ability to become independent and prepare for entry into society. Selected outstanding graduates may later be connected with internships in related departments and practical projects within Dong-A Media Group.
