The initiative, spearheaded by the People's Committee of Binh Phuoc Ward, involves updating data for 564 stalls and 40 product categories. This digital transformation provides a modern management tool that is both transparent and efficient. According to Ngo Hong Khang, Chairman of the People's Committee, the digital platform does not detract from the traditional market's value but rather enhances it.

Vendors at Dong Xoai market can now leverage the 247.vn platform to promote their products and conduct online sales without incurring platform fees. This opens up opportunities to reach a wider customer base beyond the physical market. Additionally, the software allows vendors to easily track various fees, manage payments, and report concerns directly through their mobile devices, streamlining interactions with market management.

The software is quite easy to install and understand. Registering to sell online also helps me reach more customers, instead of just selling directly at the market. Additionally, vendors can update and report information about environmental hygiene, security, or pay fees right on their phones, without needing to meet the market management directly.

Nguyen Minh Quang, Deputy Director of the Dong Nai Department of Science and Technology, views this digital transition as an inevitable trend. He highlighted that the smart market software and digital platform will equip authorities with comprehensive data on vendors, facilitating more scientific and transparent operations. The initiative also supports cashless payments and brand promotion, benefiting both vendors and consumers.
