DRC and M23 Agree to Facilitate Aid and Release Prisoners

Following talks held in Switzerland, both parties have committed to facilitating humanitarian aid and, notably, to releasing prisoners within a 10-day timeframe. The agreement stipulates that both sides will refrain from any actions that could impede the delivery of humanitarian assistance, ensuring that aid reaches those most in need based on humanitarian principles.
