The incident occurred on August 11 around 8:46 PM. The driver's car mounted the sidewalk, striking three male pedestrians. The victims were identified as a 25-year-old Romanian man and a 34-year-old German citizen, both of whom died. A 31-year-old German national sustained severe injuries and was hospitalized. The driver also required medical attention.
