Driver Rescued From Overturned Truck After La Son - Hoa Lien Expressway Crash

Rescue services in Hue City successfully extricated a truck driver who became trapped inside his cabin after a severe rollover accident on the La Son - Hoa Lien expressway. The incident occurred in the early hours of June 15, around 4 a.m., on a stretch of the highway in Hue City.

The truck, traveling from Da Nang to Hue, veered sharply to the left, struck a guardrail, and overturned. The driver, identified as N.N.T., 33, from Da Nang, sustained injuries to his left leg and was pinned within the heavily damaged cabin.

Responding to the emergency call, firefighters from the Hue City Firefighting and Rescue Police Department arrived at the scene. Working alongside local police and residents, they faced the challenge of a severely deformed and overturned vehicle. Using specialized cutting equipment, the rescue team worked to free the trapped driver.

By approximately 6 a.m., the driver was successfully freed from the wreckage and transported to a local hospital for urgent medical attention. The accident caused significant damage to the truck's front end.
