Romanian authorities reported the drone self-detonated in Constanta port around 10:30 a.m. local time. No casualties were reported, and Ukraine indicated it had warned Romania in advance. The Romanian navy said the drone lost control due to Russian electronic warfare and drifted towards the coast. As a precaution, more than 1,300 people were evacuated from Black Sea beaches.
