Drone photos show Pärnu after a century-level rainstorm

For a third day, people in Pärnu County have been battling excess water. Drone footage from Pärnu and the surrounding county shows that rising water has also affected places officials did not classify as critical.

The flooding has left its mark on both the landscape and people's everyday lives. From the air, the river is visibly browner than usual, carrying sediment and plant remains in its flow.
