Dubai Robotaxi operations surpasses 4 million kilometres as customer satisfaction reaches 97%

Dubai is advancing its autonomous mobility goals, with its Robotaxi service successfully completing over 4 million kilometers and undertaking 7,613 passenger trips since its inception. This achievement highlights growing public trust in driverless transportation and sets the stage for future developments in the emirate's mobility landscape.

Ahmed Bahrozyan, CEO of the Corporate Technology Support Services Sector and Chair of the Autonomous Transport and Aerial Taxi Committee, detailed the service's current operations. The fleet comprises 144 vehicles, with 48 actively operating and conducting approximately 50 trips daily. Crucially, the service boasts a 97% customer satisfaction rate, underscoring strong acceptance of the autonomous technology and the quality of the user experience.
