Earl Charles Spencer is set to break his long-held silence about his sister, Princess Diana, with the upcoming release of his book, "Swan Song: Diana, My Sister." The book, scheduled for publication on September 22, promises to share Spencer's personal memories and thoughts, offering a narrative from a brother's perspective.
