Ecuadorian band 'Delirio' releases self-titled album, a declaration of identity through alternative rock

Ecuadorian alternative rock band 'Delirio' has released their self-titled studio album, a collection of ten songs that serve as a declaration of the group's identity. The album delves into themes of vulnerability, strength, loss, identity, and growth, aiming to resonate with listeners through universally relatable stories drawn from personal experiences.

The band chose to name the album after themselves to encapsulate their essence: the music that inspires them, their foundational influences, and their commitment to forging a unique sound unbound by genre limitations. While rooted in alternative rock, 'Delirio' incorporates diverse elements from blues, pop, punk, psychedelia, rap, and funk, creating a dynamic musical landscape where each track explores new nuances while maintaining a cohesive sonic identity.

Composed of Lucifer on vocals, Karen Noboa on guitar, Santiago Santos on guitar, Miguel Vinueza on bass, and Joel Dueñas on drums, the band utilizes a classic formation as a springboard for exploring contemporary rock textures and contrasts. Each song originates from real emotions and experiences, with compositions stemming from personal journeys intended to become universal narratives.
