Eight Injured in Head-On Collision on German Highway B47

A serious head-on collision on federal highway B47 near Bensheim has resulted in injuries to eight individuals, all of whom were transported to hospitals for treatment. The accident occurred Tuesday evening when a 42-year-old driver reportedly veered into the opposing lane of traffic.

According to police reports, the driver's vehicle collided head-on with an oncoming car. The impact subsequently involved two additional vehicles, leading to the injuries sustained by all occupants involved. All eight individuals suffered minor injuries and were taken to local hospitals for further medical evaluation and care.
