In a significant development, Vo Thi Huong, the principal of Kim Chau Elementary School, has been formally dismissed from her post by the Chairman of the Dray Bhăng Commune People's Committee. This disciplinary action follows a series of grave misconducts that came to light during her tenure. Prior to this administrative removal, Huong, who also held the position of Party cell secretary at the school, had already been stripped of all her Party-related duties, indicating the severity of the breaches identified by the relevant authorities.

The investigation into Huong's conduct uncovered a pattern of abuse of power and financial impropriety. She is accused of leveraging her position to influence the distribution of rewards and bonuses, improperly arranging and disbursing teaching allowances, and engaging in collusion to falsify records and supporting documents for personal enrichment. These actions not only violated financial regulations but also undermined the integrity of the school's administrative processes.

Further compounding the charges, Huong is alleged to have directed the alteration and forgery of signatures on parent meeting minutes to legitimize financial documentation. Additionally, she mismanaged funds from the parent-teacher association, failed to ensure transparency in soliciting and utilizing donations for school equipment, and violated regulations concerning the use of official seals and the management of accounting records. Her conduct also reportedly involved deceptive practices that hindered oversight and created significant internal discord, leading to findings of violations under the Anti-Corruption Law, State Budget Law, and Accounting Law.
