Turkish President Recep Tayyip Erdoğan on Wednesday sharply criticized the opposition Republican People's Party (CHP), accusing it of paralyzing Turkish politics through internal strife and personal attacks. Speaking at an AKP parliamentary group meeting, Erdoğan contrasted the CHP's alleged chaos with his own party's focus on national unity and service.

Erdoğan emphasized that the AKP and its Cumhur Alliance are working in harmony for the unity and well-being of all 86 million citizens. He stated that his party avoids unnecessary polemics and refuses to be drawn into the "mud wrestling" that the opposition is mired in.
