Eslite Hotel Partners with National Railway Museum for City Culture Corridor Event

Eslite Hotel is partnering with the National Railway Museum to create a unique urban cultural experience. This collaboration connects the hotel with the Songshan Cultural and Creative Park, tracing Taipei's nearly 100 years of development through its railway heritage.

From August 22-23, the museum's diesel-electric plant will extend its hours until 8 PM for a special "starlight ticket" event. Visitors who present an Eslite Hotel receipt from August 2026 can gain entry after 4:30 PM to explore the plant. The event also features an interactive theater performance titled "Shh! It's the Secret of the Train Spirit."

The National Railway Museum, formerly the Taipei Railway Workshop, holds significant industrial history. Adjacent to it, the Songshan Cultural and Creative Park, once a tobacco factory, highlights how railways fueled industry and shaped the city. Both sites now serve as cultural assets, bridging Taipei's industrial past with its contemporary cultural landscape.
