Estonian Hiphop Festival Celebrates 20th Anniversary with Energetic Start

The Estonian Hiphop Festival (EHHF) has kicked off in Elva, marking its 20th anniversary with a vibrant celebration of hip-hop culture. The festival, which spans two days, features a lineup of more than twenty artists performing under the pine trees, drawing enthusiasts from across Estonia.

On Friday evening, the festival's main stage came alive with a dynamic performance by the group Triibupasta, setting an energetic tone for the opening night. The anniversary event has attracted a diverse crowd, including hip-hop fans like Mattias Martikainen and Renek Pärnpuu, who traveled from Pärnu.

For Pärnpuu, attending the festival is a continuation of a family tradition, as his uncle was a long-time attendee. This year's milestone celebration underscores the festival's enduring legacy and its importance in the Estonian music scene. The event promises two days of performances, celebrating two decades of Estonian hip-hop.
