Exa Ysaty Challenge Superchampions Cerro Porteño in Historic Premium Futsal Final First Leg

Exa Ysaty FC will face Cerro Porteño on Saturday in the first leg of an unprecedented Paraguayan Futsal Premium League final.

The match will begin at 1:30 p.m. at the Luis Óscar Giagni sports hall, where Exa Ysaty will play as the home side. The club’s team of former students has reached a league final for the first time.

Cerro Porteño arrive with a far more established record. The Azulgrana have contested every Premium final since 2015 and have won 10 Absolute titles. Sport Colonial and Olimpia are the only clubs to have taken titles from them in partial tournaments in recent years.

The second leg will be played at Cerro Porteño’s new Arena Juan José Zapag on Quinta Avenida. The venue has capacity for 4,500 people. General admission for the first leg costs 30,000 guaraníes, with the match broadcast live on TigoSports.

The officials are Carlos Martínez, the first referee, Adán Villalba, the second referee, José Recalde, the third referee, and Silvio Coronel, the fourth referee. Roberto del Pozo is expected to lead Exa Ysaty, while Rodrigo Gabriel “Gari” Ayala will coach Cerro Porteño.
