F1: Norris takes pole in Netherlands, Antonelli third; Russell wins Sprint

Lando Norris will start from pole position at the Dutch Formula 1 Grand Prix, with his compatriot George Russell in the Mercedes alongside him on the front row. The McLaren driver set a time of 1:11.163, just a tenth ahead of Russell.

Behind them, Kimi Antonelli qualified third, leading the world championship, and Oscar Piastri in the second McLaren will occupy the second row. The Ferrari duo of Lewis Hamilton and Charles Leclerc will start from the third row, with home favorite Max Verstappen in seventh.

Antonelli expressed disappointment after qualifying, stating, "In the last lap I made a mistake at Turn 1, I lost a couple of tenths, and it's a shame because we had a real chance to take pole position." He added, "In general, it was a complex session for me, I always found myself in difficulty. But on the last lap I could have done well, but after that mistake at the beginning, I thought it would be difficult. Tomorrow, however, everything will be at stake."

Earlier, Russell won the Sprint race, finishing ahead of Charles Leclerc's Ferrari and Lando Norris's McLaren. Andrea Kimi Antonelli finished fourth in the second Mercedes.
