Famous Lithuanian man appears at event almost unrecognizable

Photographer Lukas Gricius was difficult to recognize when he arrived at Raimedas Latvis’s “MAX DRAMA” fashion show in Vilnius with his friend Saulė. The event’s dress code invited guests to interpret the theme in their own way, and Gricius chose an especially extravagant look.

His face was covered with makeup designed to resemble medical bandages. Gricius later shared an Instagram video presenting clothes similar to those he wore that evening, suggesting the outfit may have served as the starting point for his full look. He has not publicly explained his choice, but it clearly stood out among the guests.

Latvis presented the new collection on Monday evening during Vilnius Fashion Week. “MAX DRAMA” focuses on a world where people constantly construct public personas, compete for attention and try to remain visible in an endless flow of images and information.

The collection asks where authenticity ends and performance begins, and what remains when the cameras are switched off. Among the other guests were Lithuanian music star Jessica Shy, Karolina Meschino, Indrė and Vidas Bareikiai, Inga Žuolytė, Beatrich and Laurynas Suodaitis.
