Father and son shot; assailant dies by suicide with same weapon

A dispute over stones thrown on the road escalated into a fatal shooting in the Aşağı Bilenler neighborhood of İslahiye district. Adem G., 35, reportedly argued with his neighbors, 65-year-old Ramazan Y., and his son Serhat Y., 35, after they confronted him about the stones.

Following the argument, Adem G. retrieved a pump-action shotgun from his home. He returned to confront the father and son, firing the weapon and wounding both. Ramazan Y. sustained critical injuries, while Serhat Y. was also injured.

After shooting his neighbors, Adem G. went back to his house and died by suicide using the same shotgun. Emergency and gendarmerie teams were dispatched to the scene. Medical personnel transported the injured father and son to the hospital, while gendarmerie secured the area.

Adem G.'s body was taken to the Gaziantep Forensic Medicine Institute. A comprehensive investigation into the incident has been initiated by the authorities.
