FCK draws 0-0 in Finland, setting up decisive home leg

FC Copenhagen managed a goalless draw against Inter Turku in the first leg of their Conference League playoff, a result that, while not spectacular, leaves them in a strong position for the return match in Parken. The Danish side, considered favorites, struggled to impose themselves for much of the game, with the Finnish hosts creating the clearer opportunities.

Inter Turku had the better of the first half, with striker Alie Conteh testing FCK goalkeeper Alex Rúnarsson twice. His first effort from the edge of the box required a good save, and he later missed a close-range header from a cross, putting the ball directly at the keeper.

FC Copenhagen appeared to benefit from the halftime break, organizing themselves better and gradually taking more control of the match. However, their attacking play lacked the cutting edge to break down the Finnish defense. With key winger Robert Silva having an off day, FCK will need to find more offensive solutions for the second leg.
