Federal Police delegates criticize Andrei’s removal and say Mendonça’s decision belonged to the full STF panel

Brazil’s National Association of Federal Police Delegates criticized Supreme Court Justice André Mendonça for individually removing Andrei Rodrigues from the leadership of the Federal Police.

The association said the decision should have been made by the full Supreme Federal Court panel rather than by a single justice.
