FEO targets specific areas for phase 2 recruitment

The Fijian Elections Office (FEO) is commencing the second phase of its recruitment campaign for election officials, targeting areas where additional personnel are required for the upcoming General Election. This phase will utilize face-to-face sessions to allow applicants to complete the entire recruitment process on-site.

Prospective applicants are advised to regularly check the FEO's official digital platforms for weekly updates on venue locations, dates, and times. The recruitment process includes registration, the submission of an electronic application form, and a computer-based test (CBT). Selection and appointment will be based on merit, determined by performance in the CBT and subsequent training assessments.

The FEO emphasizes that individuals who applied during Phase 1 do not need to reapply, as their applications are already under review. The recruitment drive is scheduled to conclude on the 25th of this month. The office encourages all eligible registered voters to apply, contributing to the delivery of a fair, credible, and transparent election.
