FG offers free AI, makeup, fashion design training to Nigerian youths

Nigerians seeking to acquire new skills in areas like artificial intelligence, makeup artistry, and fashion design can now apply for free training provided by the Federal Government. This initiative is part of the National Poverty Reduction with Growth Strategy (NPRGS), a program designed to boost economic opportunities for the nation's youth.

The application process for the next cohort has officially commenced, with an initial focus on Oyo State. The NPRGS, implemented by the Office of the Senior Special Assistant to the President on Technical, Vocational and Entrepreneurship Education, aims to equip participants with practical, in-demand technical and vocational skills. The President Bola Ahmed Tinubu Media Centre announced the opening of registrations on X, highlighting the program's objective to improve participants' economic prospects.
