This marks Nigeria's consistent participation, being the only African nation to have featured in every edition of the competition since its inception.

Nigeria has been drawn into Group F, facing Spain on September 7, China PR on September 10, and New Caledonia on September 13. The team will initially be based in Trzebnica before moving to their designated FIFA hotel, using the time to finalize tactical preparations and acclimatize to the conditions. The Falconets aim to break their runner-up streak from the 2010 and 2014 editions and claim their first U20 Women's World Cup title.
