Fijian Drua Women to embrace Brisbane support in Reds clash

The McDonald’s Fijian Drua Women are set to draw strength from their passionate supporters as they face the Queensland Reds in Brisbane. Captain Kolora Lomani emphasized the team's reliance on the "unwavering backing of the Fijian community," which she says continues to inspire the side.

A significant number of Fiji fans were present at the Drua's captain's run, creating a familiar "home-away-from-home" atmosphere. Lomani noted that the support from the Fijian diaspora in Brisbane has become a cherished aspect of their trips across the Tasman Sea.

"It’s been good. Being here in Brisbane, especially, we always have the Fijian community come in and support the girls. It shows how much love and support they have for us, and we’re really grateful to have them," Lomani stated.
