Fişekhane Open-Air Cinema Begins Sixth Season in Istanbul

Fişekhane Open-Air Cinema is set to launch its sixth season, collaborating once again with World Cinezone to bring cinematic experiences to enthusiasts in Istanbul. The venue, set against the historic water tower, will open its white screen on June 10 with its inaugural screening. The season promises a curated selection of ambitious films from celebrated directors, which will be shown every Wednesday, Friday, and Saturday evening through the end of September. The June program alone features a diverse lineup, including "I'm Still Here" (Hâlâ Buradayım), "Mickey 17," and "Mukadderat" on its opening week. Subsequent weeks in June will screen titles such as "The Phoenician Scheme" (Fenike Planı), "Whiplash," "A Big Bold Beautiful Journey" (Büyük, Cesur ve Güzel Bir Yolculuk), "Prorok. Istoriya Aleksandra Pushkina" (Şair Puşkin), "The Life of Chuck," and "Diamanti" (Elmaslar). This open-air cinema promises a unique blend of film and historical ambiance for audiences throughout the summer months.
