Galatasaray President Özbek Visits Anıtkabir

Galatasaray Club President Dursun Özbek led a delegation in a solemn visit to Anıtkabir, the mausoleum of Mustafa Kemal Atatürk, the founder of the Republic of Turkey.

Accompanied by board members and executives from the Ankara Galatasaray Businessmen Association, Özbek placed a wreath at Atatürk's tomb and observed a moment of silence. The group posed for a commemorative photograph on the Anıtkabir stairs before proceeding to the Misak-ı Milli Tower.

In the Anıtkabir Special Guestbook, President Özbek expressed the pride and excitement of representing the Galatasaray Sports Club at Atatürk's resting place. He stated that the principles and values of the Republic, entrusted by Atatürk, have always guided Galatasaray. Özbek highlighted the Republic as a testament to equal opportunity, modernization, self-confidence, and faith in a bright future.

Özbek affirmed Galatasaray's commitment to upholding this legacy through the generations they nurture and the values they represent.
