Five HSC Examinees Expelled for Cheating in Jamalpur

Five students were expelled from an English exam at the Dewanganj Government High School examination center in Jamalpur for engaging in unfair practices. The students, all from Government Abdul Khaleque Memorial College, were caught using unauthorized materials during the English 1st Paper examination.

During a surprise inspection, Upazila Nirbahi Officer Shah Jahurul Hossain discovered several candidates possessing cheat sheets. Additionally, one examinee was apprehended attempting to submit an answer script that had been prepared outside the examination hall.

Following the discovery, the Upazila Academic Supervisor, Sajal Kumar Bhadra, confirmed that the UNO ordered the expulsion of the five students in accordance with examination regulations. The expelled students included four males and one female.
