Following the Prophet's Example, Pradi Urges West Java Residents to Strengthen Brotherhood

As Indonesia commemorates the birthday of Prophet Muhammad SAW, a member of the West Java Regional People's Representative Council (DPRD), Pradi Supriatna, has called on the province's residents to reflect on and embody the Prophet's core values. He emphasized that the Prophet's life offers lessons in gentleness, care, honesty, and compassion, which are particularly relevant to contemporary societal issues.

Maulid Nabi should not just be an annual event. More importantly, how can we bring the Prophet Muhammad's character into our daily lives, starting from our families, communities, and national life.

Pradi highlighted that the Prophet's example of maintaining politeness, patience, and respect for others, even amidst differences and rapid information spread, is crucial. He urged that the Prophet's birthday should be more than an annual event, but a catalyst for integrating his noble character into daily life, from family to national interactions. The legislator stressed that the Prophet's approach to handling differences with wisdom and compassion provides a valuable model for West Java's diverse population.

He further noted the importance of strengthening brotherhood and mutual cooperation as pillars for addressing social challenges. Addressing the younger generation, he acknowledged their growth amidst rapid technological change, stressing the need for strong character alongside academic and digital skills.
