An incident of petty theft has highlighted a lapse in security for a local food truck operator in Luodong, Taiwan. The owner of a stir-fried instant noodle food truck discovered that their vehicle had been entered and items stolen after they inadvertently left the door unlocked overnight.

The thief stole over 200 yuan in change and even stole the cap he wore for business and left calmly, saying it was too outrageous.

Surveillance footage captured a masked individual searching multiple scooter storage compartments before targeting the food truck. The thief proceeded to enter the driver's seat, pilfering approximately NT$200 in loose change. In a particularly brazen act, the individual also stole a branded cap belonging to the food truck business and casually put it on before leaving the scene.
