Foreign Minister receives a copy of the credentials of the German Ambassador

Oman's Foreign Minister, Sayyid Badr bin Hamad Al Busaidi, formally received the credentials of Monika Iversen, the newly appointed Ambassador of the Federal Republic of Germany to the Sultanate of Oman. The official ceremony occurred at the Ministry of Foreign Affairs' General Office, marking the formal commencement of Ambassador Iversen's diplomatic mission in Muscat.

During the meeting, Sayyid Badr extended a warm welcome to Ambassador Iversen. He conveyed his best wishes for her success in fulfilling her diplomatic responsibilities. The Omani Foreign Minister also expressed his optimism for the continued growth and prosperity of the bilateral relationship between Oman and Germany.

The exchange underscored the commitment of both nations to fostering strong diplomatic ties. The presence of Ambassador Munther bin Mahfoudh Al-Mundhiri, Head of the European Department at the Ministry of Foreign Affairs, and other officials from both sides, highlighted the importance attached to this diplomatic engagement.
