Foreign worker contracts to be systematically managed with AI: Ansan Smart Hub and Global Work Hub join forces

Manufacturing companies within South Korea's Ansan Smart Hub are set to enhance their management of foreign workers and administrative efficiency through the adoption of AI technology. This initiative stems from a partnership between the Ansan Smart Hub Management Association and Global Work Hub.

The collaboration focuses on leveraging AI to address the growing administrative burdens faced by small and medium-sized manufacturing firms. These challenges include complex labor contract management, compliance with labor laws, and multilingual communication issues, particularly as the employment of foreign workers under the employment permit system (EPS) increases.

A key aspect of this partnership is the joint exploration of 'GloContract,' an AI-driven platform developed by Global Work Hub. This platform is designed to automate the generation and management of labor contracts. By utilizing AI, the system aims to simplify contract creation and ensure adherence to legal requirements, thereby reducing the administrative load on businesses.

The agreement signifies a move towards digital transformation (DX) within the industrial complex. Both organizations are committed to strengthening the capabilities for managing foreign workers, recognizing the increasing reliance on this workforce in South Korea's manufacturing sector.
