Former ANDE President Félix Sosa Reflects on Tenure, Pledges Continued Contribution

Félix Sosa has issued a statement following his recent removal as president of Paraguay's National Electricity Administration (ANDE), expressing gratitude and outlining his future role within the institution.

Sosa took to social media to reflect on his time leading ANDE, a position he held since 2020. He extended his "most sincere gratitude" to the President of the Republic, Santiago Peña, for the trust placed in him. Sosa also thanked the entire staff, executives, and unions, attributing the institution's achievements to their collective "effort, dedication, teamwork, and commitment."

Looking ahead, Sosa expressed confidence in his successor, Miguel Báez, wishing him "the greatest success in the honorable mission of presiding over this beloved institution." Sosa stated his conviction that Báez's leadership will continue to drive ANDE's growth and strengthening.

Confirming his continued involvement, Sosa announced that he will remain within ANDE as a staff member. "From the place that corresponds to me, I will continue to contribute my experience, my commitment, and my work," he emphasized, signaling his ongoing dedication to the public utility.
