Former Reality Star Disappears After Surviving Clinical Death

Zorica Marković, who gained public recognition participating in the regional 'Big Brother' reality show in 2015, has vanished from the public eye following a period of health struggles, including surviving clinical death. Marković, a singer known for her extensive repertoire of 5,000 songs, is a mother of two.

Before her reality TV fame, Marković lived in Germany for a time, where she operated a pub. She returned to Serbia in 1994. Her personal life has included navigating relationships, experiencing both planned and spontaneous abortions, and participating in other reality shows like 'Farma' and 'Zadruga'. She was known for her confrontational behavior during her television appearances.

After her health crisis, Marković withdrew from the media. She described her recovery period as finding solace in her dogs, garden, and plants, calling it her "paradise and rest" for healing her nerves. However, her disappearance became notable when, according to reports in 2024, she sold her house and was last seen by neighbors in 2020. Her current location and the reasons for her departure from the area, which she had previously credited with helping her health, are unknown.

Neighbors expressed surprise at her disappearance, noting that she was well-liked and had settled into a more secluded life in a inherited cottage. They mentioned that she and her husband, Sima, had moved there with her daughter and the daughter's son from a previous marriage, seeking to escape the high cost of renting in Belgrade. The couple had made some improvements to the cottage, which lacked a proper bathroom. Marković has since changed her phone number, making her unreachable to former acquaintances.

She was liked here, she lived in this very house. As you can see, it wasn't easy for her. She and Sima lived here with their daughter and her son from her first marriage. This is a cottage she inherited from her grandmother, she used to come here in the summer. They could no longer afford the expensive rented life in Belgrade, so they moved here. They also tidied up this house a bit. They didn't even have a bathroom, just an outdoor toilet. They also dabbled in growing plants, they had some animals. Why she left here - nobody knows.
