Forum highlights importance of using innovation, AI in Omani real estate sector

The Oman Real Estate Association recently organized a forum in Muscat dedicated to exploring the integration of innovation, digital solutions, and artificial intelligence (AI) within the Omani real estate sector. The event, held under the patronage of Qais bin Mohammed Al Yousef, Chairman of the Public Authority for Special Economic Zones and Free Zones (OPAZ), aimed to foster advancements in the industry.

Discussions at the forum covered critical topics shaping the future of real estate. These included the role of digital asset management in reducing costs, enhancing investor experiences through predictive analytics, designing energy-efficient smart neighborhoods, and leveraging AI. A panel discussion provided a platform for sharing insights on the application of modern technologies in the real estate environment.

During the forum, the Oman Real Estate Association officially launched its electronic platform. Additionally, several memoranda of cooperation were signed, signaling a strengthened commitment to expanding partnerships and improving services for stakeholders involved in or interested in the Omani real estate market. This initiative aligns with the Sultanate of Oman's economic and urban development goals, promoting a more innovative, efficient, and sustainable real estate landscape.
