Four Family Members Buried Together After Fatal Johor Road Accident

A somber atmosphere filled the Tanah Perkuburan Islam Bandar Al Muktafi Billah Shah in Dungun, Terengganu, as four members of a family tragically killed in a road accident were laid to rest in a single grave. The victims, identified as Mohd. Aiman Mohd. Rashid, 36, his wife Nor Azlina Abd. Latif, 33, his mother-in-law Semek Mat Soh, 73, and their niece Nur Airish Syifa Sidek, 10, were buried together around 10:40 AM.

Their bodies were transported from Hospital Enche’ Besar Hajjah Kalsom and arrived at Masjid Sultan Mahmud Bandar Al Muktafi Billah Shah shortly before 8:35 AM. Over 100 worshippers participated in the funeral prayers, led by Imam Maliki Saidi. A crowd of more than 200 relatives and acquaintances gathered at the cemetery, many overcome with grief.

The four deceased were buried next to the grave of Mohd. Aiman's father, Mohd. Rashid Dolah, who passed away just two weeks prior. The fatal accident occurred around 1 PM the previous day, involving five vehicles on Jalan Renggam-Simpang Renggam, near the Simpang Renggam Prison in Johor.
