Four injured in Tavşanlı bus-car collision

An accident in Tavşanlı, Kütahya province, Turkey, left four workers injured when a shuttle bus carrying them crashed into a stationary car. The collision happened at the Karaca Sokak Junction on the Kütahya-Balıkesir ring road.

The car, driven by A.E., was stopped at a red light, heading towards Balıkesir from Kütahya. The worker shuttle bus, driven by A.S., was traveling in the same direction, transporting employees from a factory in the Tavşanlı Organized Industrial Zone to the town center. The bus failed to stop and rear-ended the car.

Four passengers on the bus, identified as H.B., R.K., E.S., and A.A., were injured in the impact. Emergency services, including police and medical teams, were dispatched to the scene following reports from witnesses. The injured workers received initial medical attention at the site before being transported to Tavşanlı Doç. Dr. Mustafa Kalemli State Hospital for further treatment.

Hospital officials reported that the injured workers are in stable condition, with no life-threatening injuries and their consciousness intact. The cause of the accident is currently under investigation.
