Fraud at Regitra Uncovered Months Later, Costing Scammer His Driving Licence

A driving-exam fraud at Lithuania’s Regitra came to light only several months after the test, after officials discovered that the person who took it had used a forged document.

Regitra announced last week that it had annulled the examination result. The case involved someone who lacked confidence in their ability to pass the driving exams and chose to cheat.
