Speaking at a meeting of the Southern Nigeria Traditional Rulers Council in Port Harcourt, Fubara lauded Tinubu's leadership, describing him as a "dedicated and highly patriotic" leader whose "bold, daring and ambitious vision" is crucial for the nation's inclusive and sustainable development.

If Tinubu is re-elected in 2027, we are all witnesses to the transformation of our battered economy and the ongoing infrastructural revolution, including the remarkable coastal road project in the southern and other parts of the country, in just three years.

The governor pointed to significant achievements under the Tinubu administration, including economic transformation and infrastructural revolution, notably the coastal road project. He drew an analogy to football, stating that a "winning team" should not be changed, thereby positioning Tinubu as the ideal candidate to steer Nigeria towards its goals under the Renewed Hope Agenda.
