Fulham strengthens attack by bringing in Gonzalo Garcia from Madrid

Fulham has secured the signing of young striker Gonzalo Garcia from Real Madrid, bringing the Spanish talent to the Premier League on a five-year deal through 2031, with an option for a further season.

The transfer is reported to be worth approximately 40 million euros. Real Madrid will benefit from a 30% sell-on clause should Fulham decide to transfer Garcia in the future. Garcia joins Fulham after a successful season with Real Madrid, where the 22-year-old scored eight goals across all competitions, including six in La Liga.

I am very excited to get started." He will reunite with former Real Madrid defender Alvaro Arbeloa, who was recently appointed Fulham's head coach.

Fulham also recently signed attacking midfielder Cesar Palacios, another young Spanish talent who previously played under Arbeloa. The club hopes Garcia's addition will bolster their attack for the upcoming 2026/2027 Premier League season, as Garcia aims to prove his quality in one of the world's most competitive leagues.
