Full text: The Board of Peace roadmap for the implementation of Trump's Gaza peace plan

The Board of Peace has released a comprehensive roadmap detailing the implementation of U.S. President Donald Trump's peace plan for Gaza. The document reaffirms the parties' commitment to Trump's plan and UN Security Council Resolution 2803 (2025) as the international framework for achieving peace, ending destruction, securing Israeli withdrawal, and enabling Palestinian governance and economic development.

A key principle of the roadmap requires Israel to fully complete its commitments under the Sharm Sheikh Protocol, including the cessation of military operations. In parallel, Hamas and other Palestinian factions must cease all military operations. The roadmap outlines that the timetable and implementation mechanisms for "Phase 2" will be prepared within 14 days of the Roadmap's approval, potentially extendable by the International Verification Committee (IVC).

Upon completion of the timetable, the National Committee for the Administration of Gaza (NCAG) is to enter the Strip and assume its responsibilities. The IVC, established by the Board of Peace and comprising representatives from guarantors, the Board, and the International Stabilization Force (ISF), will certify that both parties fulfill their commitments before proceeding to Phase 2.

Progression between phases is strictly contingent on the verified completion of the preceding phase's commitments. The IVC will oversee this verification and monitor any violations. Hamas and other factions have agreed to hand over all civilian governance and security functions in Gaza to the NCAG, ensuring its full independence during the transitional period without interference from the factions.
