Galatasaray president: Osimhen not for sale to Arsenal, regardless of price

Galatasaray has reportedly shut down any possibility of selling star striker Victor Osimhen to Arsenal before the transfer window closes, despite reported interest from the Premier League club. According to Turkish media, Galatasaray president Dursun Ozbek has made it unequivocally clear that the Nigerian forward is not for sale.

Ozbek is said to have privately communicated that he will not sanction any transaction that could potentially harm or fail to benefit Galatasaray. He has even gone further than previous statements regarding other players, asserting, "No matter how much the price is, I am not selling Osimhen."

This firm stance comes after Galatasaray reportedly rejected a substantial €130 million offer from Saudi Pro League side Al-Hilal for Osimhen earlier in the week. The 26-year-old striker has been a pivotal player for Galatasaray since his permanent move from Napoli last summer, scoring 59 goals in 74 appearances and helping the club secure consecutive Turkish Super Lig titles.
